Our Story and Message

はじめまして。
三洋電設株式会社　代表取締役　早稲田力也です。
私は、もうひとつの株式会社 CORE N’CODE という全く別のスポーツ分野の会社を10 年程経営しており、東京オリンピック強化スタッフも務めさせて頂きました。
現在、米国ロサンゼルスのスポーツチームとも連携して仕事しています。（詳細はテキスト下部に設置したリンクページを御覧ください。）

この度、2023 年 3 月末を以て退任致しました前代表取締役である父より、50年来地元企業様にご愛好いただいて参りました『三洋電設株式会社』を引き継ぐオファーを受け、このような形になったことを光栄に思います。
世界がコロナ禍に陥り、仕事の在り方だけでなく人々の生き方の価値観が変わった今、先進的なテクノロジーを駆使したデバイスさえ手元にあれば、2 社をマネージメントすることは難しくない新しい時代となりました。
テクノロジーの進化により、便利な世界へと変貌を遂げたのです。

しかし、その進化とは逆行して、睡眠時間が短い日本は非生産的であるというデータや、 SNS などに依る犯罪も増加、精神的に不安定な大人や子どもも増えています。
そう、人々の課題は増え、より複雑化しているのです。

新しく生まれ変わる弊社の理念は「退化という進化」。
人間本来の生き方を追求し、モノを売るサービスでなく、コトを売るサービスへ進化させます。
確かに、電気・空調に関する会社であれば、照明やエアコンなどのモノを売らないと儲かりません。
ですが、様々な御客様からヒアリングし、現場を見てみると、生活必需品とは言え過剰なスペックや数量で売られている業界を理解することができました。

私たちは、全力で御客様をサポートし、高騰する電気代を削減できるよう一緒に考えモノを減らしていく、または良質な製品・工事だけを提供していく、つまりは「退化という進化」を提案し、促していく事が弊社の存在意義となります。
御客様だけでなく、スタッフや家族を大切にできる温かい会社を目指して精進いたします。

This is Rikiya Waseda texting, I’m the President of Sanyo Densetsu Co., Ltd. in Japan. I’ve run another company in a completely different field, CORE N’ CODE, for 10 years, and I was also a Tokyo Olympian’s S&C trainer until 03.2021. Moreover, I’ve worked with a few sports teams in Los Angeles, USA.
I’m very honored to receive an offer from my father to take over his company.
Now that the world is during the Corona disaster, and the values of the way of life, as well as the way of our working, have changed, we’re in a new era where it’s not difficult to manage two companies if we have an advanced technological device at our hand.
The evolution of technology has transformed our world into a pleasant new world.

However…, in contrast to this evolution, there is a data showing that people in Japan have been unproductive because they haven’t been getting enough sleep, crime is on the rise by using social networking sites, and the number of Japanese people with mental illness is increasing rapidly.
According to research of 2021, so many people feel something like a sense of loss…, cannot feel happy.

The philosophy of our newly reborn company is “Advancement through the Generations.” Our companies will pursue the original way of life of human beings and evolve into a service that sells “koto” (stories) rather than “mono” (products). It is true that electric working companies in Japan cannot make money without selling things such as lighting and air conditioners. But, after interviewing a variety of customers and observing the work sites, we have come to understand that this industry sells products with excessive specifications and quantities.

The purpose of our company is to support our customers to the best of our ability, and to work with them to reduce their soaring electricity bills, in other words, to help them “Advancement through the Generations.”
We’ll steadily strive to be a warm company that cares not only for our customers but also for our staff and their families. We’re looking forward to working for you, with you.
